Hey hey...long time no speak!
How's everybody doing? Here are some news from JM family:
We proudly announce we almost finished recording our new album "Perdition" that is going to be out in October. It's been really intense...but we can consider ourselves pretty satisfied, in the end things seemed to work out really fine!
Crazy hot summer, some of us went out for vacation, someone still has to, someone touring with other bands, someone still working, but finally we made it.
So, "Perdition" release show is going to be on 5th October at Traffic, in our hometown, Rome. That day will also be Jet Market's 10 years anniversary! Another good reason not to miss the show! We are preparing some crazy stuff for the show, you'll see ;-)
By the way, we're going to have a couple of gigs around in the next months, before the release show, hope to see you there!

The ARGETTI experience start 4 years ago when 3 of 4 actual members mixed their musical background to create this punk-rock band. In the January of 2004 the actual line-up has been finally completed and ready to work hard on their musical approach. Their sound and attitude could be named like a mix of Ramones and Clash style with the 90’s emo and hardcore influences (At the drive in, Get up kids, refused, Texas is the reason, Fugazi, Hot Water Music and Lifetime). After a DIY demo, the band released their debut album in the autumn of 2005 titled “In my shoes”, supported and distribuited by the historical italian indipendent label GOOD WILL RECORDS. During these years ARGETTI played several times around Italy and Europe (Slovenia, Cezh Republic, Austria, Greece, Germany) solding out the first 1000 copies of “In my shoes” and supporting some of the best punk-rock italian bands, like THE RITUALS (Wynona Records), SETTLEFISH (Deep-elm Records), DUFRESNE (V2 Records) and FORTY WINKS (Wynona Records). From these shows and life fragments they captured the basical ideas for the new un-coming album titled “FLAGS OF KARMA”

Lungs are a Sydney punk rock trio with an attention deficit. A taste for the frantic has them mixing the speed of skate punk and thrash with the more driving anthems of post-hardcore rock. They also play, write and record at an enviable pace.

Since they formed in the inner west of Sydney in 2006, they have become synonymous with Australian fast punk, touring the country and playing main supports for acts as diverse as NOFX, A Wilhelm Scream, Lagwagon, Bouncing Souls, Mach Pelican, The City On Film and Blueline Medic.

Their recorded output has been relentless, beginning with an 8-track EP in early ’07, ‘Breathe, Bastard, Breathe’, then their debut full-length album later that year, 'An Anatomical Guide', followed by their recent new EP ‘Solitary, Poor, Nasty, Brutish Short’ in 2008; all this through leading independent punk label Poison City Records out of Melbourne. Their 2007 album will be released in Japan through Fast Life Records in late 2008, with a Japanese tour planned for mid-2009, along with continuous Australian dates.

As the first band to sign to Fat Wreck Chords and the label’s flagship since it’s inception, Lagwagon continues to forge a unique path through today’s complex musical landscape. The band maintains a sense of humor about their enviable longevity with the title of their latest offering, I Think My Older Brother Used to Listen to Lagwagon, but the content of the album is anything but laughable.
